I provide on-site service for homes and small business in Kerr County and Comfort. Please see my contact page to get an estimate.
The services page will give you a good assessment of what I can help you with.
My rates are very affordable, and for larger, more complex projects or maintenance spanning several days or requiring intensive labor I am also fair and flexible. Just call or email, and I will get back to you ASAP with an assessment and estimate.
At this time, for most work I charge $60 for the first hour, and $30 for each subsequent hour. This covers my transportation and equipment costs with a fair amount for a modest and dignified retirement.
If I can't get it done on time and at a price that's right by you, I will not take you to the cleaners; you will pay a fair price for the work I did.
